Absolutely terrible service department, have a covered repair but they told me the technician would tear up a seat cushion to do the job so I would have to buy a seat cushion, sounds like somebody doesn’t repair but they told me the technician would tear up a seat cushion to do the job so I would have to buy a seat cushion, sounds like somebody doesn’t know how to do their job, since the part does not show having to destroy the cushion to do the job. We had an appointment at 6:30 with Briana to look at a truck. When we arrived a gentlemen asked us who we were there to see. He said he would tell Briana we were there. The truck we were to look at was w truck. When we arrived a gentlemen asked us who we were there to see. He said he would tell Briana we were there. The truck we were to look at was waiting in front so he gave us the key and asked if we wanted to drive it. As we were looking over the truck he came back and took the keys and said it was sold. No explaining why they let us drive 45 minutes to look at a vehicle that was sold. I would think that since we had an appointment we would have at least had an opportunity to purchase or decline. Just really poor business. Never did see anything of the person we had the appointment with. We have purchased many cars over the years and I can say we will never go back there or recommend them to anyone. More

Poor customer service from the service department. Dropped off car at 7:30 am for a standard 10K mile service, with understanding it would be ready by noon. At 1pm, after I called, they told me they Dropped off car at 7:30 am for a standard 10K mile service, with understanding it would be ready by noon. At 1pm, after I called, they told me they hadn't started on it yet. When I picked up, I paid and was handed my key and told to find it myself in the parking lot to the rear of the service department. The following morning, an hour into a four hour drive, my tire pressure warning alerted me that all four tires were well below the recommended setting. More
