Just goes to show, more bad customer service. This is a "token reply" for all you car buyers doing your research. Don't be fooled that they care. I sent Gabrielle an email directly to keep it off the public website in case they did care and wanted to actually make amends. No response at all. DON'T BUY from a company that won't stand behind their products or their customers.
