Except for 1 time when their computer went down, I’ve had my truck serviced by Oxmoor since I bought it. Most of the times I’ve gone in the work was not completely finished. At least 3 times my washer fluid was not topped off. Oil life display wasn’t reset most times. Tires At different psi multiple times. People are friendly and work was done reasonably fast but I was not satisfied with the attention to detail when I’m paying for a “the works”. More

Repair was not corrected and I had to come back later … how does that happen? Also, it had snowed and when they pulled car around snow was not scraped off… I spend almost $1,000 and you cannot clean snow o how does that happen?
