I always take my cars to the dealership I purchased them from to have them serviced. When I go to Oxmoor Ford with my car, I walk away feeling confident in the work Anthony (the person I usually request) ha from to have them serviced. When I go to Oxmoor Ford with my car, I walk away feeling confident in the work Anthony (the person I usually request) has done and he always explains the whats and whys in a clear and concise manner. Perfect, no. Good experience almost always. Also, shout out to Dontae! Both of these gentlemen make you feel respected, important and appreciated. Good job! More
Oxmoor Ford service is great. They get you in and out quickly. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else to be serviced. I know that I will get superior service every time. I came to Oxmoor Ford because I knew the sales manager from another dealership where he sold me my first Ford SUV. I was treated fairly at Oxmoor Ford by Courtney Maiden (Manager) and sales consultant Au from another dealership where he sold me my first Ford SUV. I was able to make the deal and have my new SUV the same day. More
I do not write many reviews but I thought it important this time. Recently my airbag warning lamp illuminated on my 2020 Ford F-150 (81,000 miles). Our "Ford Pro" account and the "My Ford Pass" account al this time. Recently my airbag warning lamp illuminated on my 2020 Ford F-150 (81,000 miles). Our "Ford Pro" account and the "My Ford Pass" account also send me constant warnings to get it to a dealer for service. When I phoned Oxmoor Ford service and spoke to someone about making an appointment I was told the earliest I could get an appointment was three weeks out. I explained that this was a safety item and some part of the restraint system is marginalized at best, or not working at all at worst. I ask to speak to an advisor, and after several minutes on hold the schedular came back on the phone and told me that she talked to an advisor and three weeks was the absolute earliest . For 12 years i worked as a Service Manager for Honda a dealership, If our shop would have ever gotten a week behind much less three weeks, I am confident the GM would have replaced me. The "cant find workers" is no longer an excuse. I recently posted openings for technicians needed (not automotive) at our company and had almost 100 applications and easily hired 2. I now work for a company that does emergency services on homes/businesses and our customers expect us to be on site the same or next day. We keep enough staff to make that happen. Would any of you put a loved one or an employee as a driver or passenger in my truck now? Unacceptable. More
