The spell checker “corrected ( incorrectly) the word “ know” to “knife.” My point was and still is that the men in the service intake area serve their buddies first if the buddies “need” to jump the queue. I saw it happen last Friday when guy ( 10th one in) had his car back before anyone else ahead of him. The service guy knew him by name.
