This was the second time bringing our vehicle to your service department due to the convenience of its location. The first time for two separate indicators going off for possible issues. After dropping it off we were told the issue “could not be duplicated”, and our vehicle returned without service. This time we requested a 100K service, and once again requested our vehicle checked for the previous issues. We were told after dropping it off, we would need a separate appointment to look into them, even though they most likely occurred during the service, and then no follow-up after the 100k service. I did not expect much, but when i spend several hundred dollars, I think I am entitled to a “your car looks great” etc, instead of being told to see the cashier and paying my bill. I will not be returning to your service department for a third time. More
Dealer did a great job changing oil and rotating tires. Disappointed that they will no longer be a Lincoln dealer. Sorry to see them go since they can't do any lincoln warranty work. Horrible dealership. I wrote a review and and received an auto generated response asking for more details. I sent another email with details and no response, just automated thanking me for the business. Stay away from this place!!! More
Had the service rep text me vs calling after I called three times and was told he’d call me back. Even after replying to his text to stop texting and call, he stubbornly did not. The only saving grace here, is the service manager answered on day 1 and gave me the detail one should get when checking on their service call. On day two, again the service manager was more helpful than the service rep, which is why he’s the manager, I guess. When I went to pick up my truck, I even stopped by the service rep’s desk and identified myself and my vehicle problem and he stated to go to the cashier’s counter to pay. No ‘sorry for the miscommunication,’ etc. Oxmoor has been better than this in the past and I hope the service rep is either really new or having a really off week. More
I was extremely disappointed in the service at Oxmoor Ford. My car was delivered to the dealer on Sunday evening. I had to call the dealer on Friday. No one called me. They had my car for 19 days. They said I needed 2 new keys ($850). They didn’t tell me they had to order keys & the keys were on backorder. Actually, they had keys in stock. When I picked my vehicle up, the original keys worked. I’ve been waiting on a recall part for 17 months. I was told the part was not available. Miraculously on day 15 the party became available. I left multiple messages without receiving calls back. Very disappointing!!! More

The bad - I had an appointment and the truck was not even looked at till the next day. The good - an independent "reputable" repair shop told me the catalytic converter had to be replaced. Found out that t looked at till the next day. The good - an independent "reputable" repair shop told me the catalytic converter had to be replaced. Found out that the catalytic converter is covered up to 80,000 miles. Oxmoor Ford just had to do a computer update and the problem was fixed. THANKS!!! And covered under the mfg warranty! More
