Service was good, however it would have been nice to know that you only use full synthetic oil when performing an oil change. So when I went to pay my bill it was twice as expensive as it usually is at Bill that you only use full synthetic oil when performing an oil change. This was the second time bringing our vehicle to your service department due to the convenience of its location. The first time for two separate indicators going off for possible issues. After dropping service department due to the convenience of its location. The first time for two separate indicators going off for possible issues. After dropping it off we were told the issue “could not be duplicated”, and our vehicle returned without service. This time we requested a 100K service, and once again requested our vehicle checked for the previous issues. We were told after dropping it off, we would need a separate appointment to look into them, even though they most likely occurred during the service, and then no follow-up after the 100k service. I did not expect much, but when i spend several hundred dollars, I think I am entitled to a “your car looks great” etc, instead of being told to see the cashier and paying my bill. I will not be returning to your service department for a third time. More
Dealer did a great job changing oil and rotating tires. Disappointed that they will no longer be a Lincoln dealer. Sorry to see them go since they can't do any lincoln warranty work.
