I am very disappointed in the response of the service department of this dealership. After my car would not start, I had it brought to the service department who stated they could not diagnose the proble department of this dealership. After my car would not start, I had it brought to the service department who stated they could not diagnose the problem, but that the car was working. I picked up the car, only to have the same problem requiring the car to be towed back to dealership the same day I picked it up. Being a holiday week, we let several days pass before calling the service department for an update and still have not had any of our messages returned just to get an update on the car. This is the 3rd Ford vehicle we have purchased from Oxmoor Ford and have found that service response times have been worsening with each of our purchases, such that we are hesitant in purchasing another Ford again from this dealership due to the lack of response from the service department.
