I went to Oxmoor Ford to find out what my vehicle was worth and while there I saw possibly the last Mach 1 that they will get and decided to trade my vehicle in for (an investment for the future) for a 2 worth and while there I saw possibly the last Mach 1 that they will get and decided to trade my vehicle in for (an investment for the future) for a 2023 Mach 1. The dealership was more than fair with the overall deal and I was elated. I would recommend John Safi as a great salesman and a person to trust in dealing with Oxmoor Ford. More
This dealer lied to me before and I made the mistake of going there for an oil change. The price I was sent in email was $99 but when I got there the service advisor said they use a third party service for going there for an oil change. The price I was sent in email was $99 but when I got there the service advisor said they use a third party service for quotes and they are wrong a lot. He then told me it would be $140 and my vehicle was overdue, so I unfortunately allowed them to service it. When I was paying, the cashier made me feel like I did something wrong for complaining. I will never make the mistake of going there again. Go to town and country Ford in Crestwood...they seem to care about their customers. More
Went to look at 2020 Escape on cars. com, could not test drive because it was in the shop. Ad said 1 owner & 144 days on cars, com. Called the sales rep yesterday, who was very nice, said com, could not test drive because it was in the shop. Ad said 1 owner & 144 days on cars, com. Called the sales rep yesterday, who was very nice, said he thought car was in shop but it was on lot. Went for test drive today and price had gone up by $5,500. Rep said he did not know why, and repeated things that were in ad online. He did some inquiry and found out the car "according to their records had been sold to someone who returned it after 7 days and it had only been brought back 4 days ago. That totally mismatched the info on Carfax as well as cars.com and was a deal breaker. IT not only devalues the web site, Carfax and Oxmoor Ford, It's technically false advertising and devalues all veracity of any connected parties with this vehicle. I don't care that you have to make money, I do care that you lied and did not update your site to reflect the true history of the car. This makes me rethink the whole fleet of Oxmoor dealerships! This service was for a Recall and the time required was made very clear by both the scheduler and Mark in service. I was therefore able to set up my rides a week in advance ... I’ve been a customer for a few years, and I have to say this was one of my most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. The service manager at this location gave me incorrect information about this was one of my most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. The service manager at this location gave me incorrect information about my service. I was told my service would take three days, meaning I’d have to get a rental car (which I did). Come to find out - after calling the service department- my car would not even be looked at until 7 days after I dropped it off. I had a rental car for a week and a half, which was not reimbursed for the extra time I was told needed for my car. This was an extra cost to my budget I was not anticipating. The customer service experience as a whole was very unpleasant. More
