Dropped car off at 6:45 am because screen kept freezing and wouldn't update and I needed an oil change. When 2:00 pm rolled around and I inquired, they had not done anything to it yet. I arrived at 3:15 and wouldn't update and I needed an oil change. When 2:00 pm rolled around and I inquired, they had not done anything to it yet. I arrived at 3:15 pm from work to pick up car and still had to wait until 4:35 pm for them to tell me they needed to order a part and they would do oil change then. I was inconvenienced all day without a car, still had to wait hour and half when I got there after it sat there ALL day. In the end, not a thing was accomplished except I have to take it back after parts come in and probably do this all over again. It is so frustrating!!! More

I was told I would receive a tune up and wheel alignment and didn't receive either when I got there and paid $228 for a oil change and flush and I already had a oil change a month ago. Scheduling service and coordinating with Rachel was blissful! She was patient and cooperative and understanding!
