Service Department is either extremely incompetent Brought car in for warranty work. in process of doing repairs they broke 2 pieces which they did not have in stock. dealership is 3 hours away roundt Brought car in for warranty work. in process of doing repairs they broke 2 pieces which they did not have in stock. dealership is 3 hours away roundtrip for me. I called telling they that I needed to be off lot by 2:45 they said they would try to get me in @ 2. GOT THERE 1:45 again stated I needed to out by 2:45. They told me it would be About 40 min. 35 min into it my car had not been touched I approached Tyler who stated the tech had problems with a car he was working on and didn't get to it. I told him I couldn't wait any further and that this problem originated by their service people breaking the two parts that I had to now have fixed. I stated that I'm not traveling a third time and asked that they sent some down to my area to have these parts replaced he said they would see if they could do it and get back to me. 2 days later no call back. I then placed a called and was told that they can't do it. they never seem to have parts in stock, They appear to be very high on lip service and slow on delivering.. More
