My name is David Carl and I own the Az Postal Shipping and Penske Dealership. I have been doing business in the Verde Valley for the last 37 years I have bought more then one vehicle. I would like to say that Oxendale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram just pulled The spot delivery scam on me . It is also known in the industry as the “financing fell through scam,” “resign documents scam” or “yo-yo financing scam.” This dealer tactic is one of the most common and widely used scams in dealerships today. I went and purchase a 2017 white Jeep Reubicon from this dealership for $36,776.00. I was told I got financed drove off the Jeep 6-2 2021. Today on 8-3-2021 64 days later they come over to pull my jeep because the bank loan did not approve. Lets see if they relist this jeep at a higher amount. I lost $179.00 in insurance payments and I lost my jeep classic ($3000) I sold after I thought my new car loan was approved. I don't have a problem with the salesman Jack, he was curious and helpful. One of the conditions I told Jack the salesman before i drive off with this jeep was TELL THE FINACE MANAGERHE MAKE DAM SURE THIS LOAN IS APPROVED before I drive off with this new jeep AND he assured me that it was. Of course they blame me that I don't have the proper paperwork and ect, Its their common fall back excuse I am going to be contacting my business attorney, the Az Consumer affairs and Az attorney general's office to look into this case because of the amount of time of 64 days is an unusual long amount of time to come back and say your loan did not get approved. Lets see how much of a fight I go through to get my down payment of $12000.00 dollars back and reimbursed for damages. If anyone else has had a problem with this dealership feel free to come down to my shop at 425 s 6th St and talk. More

Our truck broke down not far from Kingman and was towed back there, we needed a truck within a few days, so we decided to get a replacement. I called Oxendale to order a new 2021 Jeep Rubicon. Talked to Larry in sales. Sent him an email from the Jeep website will all the options, color I wanted on the Jeep. Didn’t hear from him in about t Talked to Larry in sales. Sent him an email from the Jeep website will all the options, color I wanted on the Jeep. Didn’t hear from him in about ten days. He sends me a proposal, with a listing of the options and the MSRP of his Jeep. In an hour he calls to see if I am ready to order the Jeep. Took him over a week to get the proposal to me, but he wants an answer in an hour. So I check the MSRP on my printout to him against his, and he is over $2000 cheaper, so something is missing. Sure enough, he is missing the steel bumpers and the body colored top. I text him back and ask him to check the order. In less than a minute I get a text back, “assuring” me, everything I want is in the order. He obviously didn’t bother to look. So I text him again and ask him to “please check”. I immediately get a text back, again telling me the order is correct. Seriously somebody asks you to check an order and you don’t even bother to check and see if the MSRP’S match. What if I had decided to order the Jeep... So I ordered my new Jeep from someone who had the order right from the beginning. More
