Had vw car in for service, they took forever couldn't find the problem. Kept calling and leaving messages. No return call from Brandon. Had to escalate to Matt. No updates. Finally had to call gener find the problem. Kept calling and leaving messages. No return call from Brandon. Had to escalate to Matt. No updates. Finally had to call general number and make complaints. Finally get it back with $500 bill and not fixed. Dealer claims new issue. Do not take your car there. Stay away. I asked for the owners name, the guy on line claimed to be the owner which I highly doubt. Wouldn't give me his name. Less that reputable to say the least. Brandon should be relieved of duties. Absolutely the worst customer service and down right shady dealings. More
These people are crooks. My daughter had a problem with her car that was under warranty and they were trying to charge her 750 dollars. I had to get on the phone with Matt and all of a sutton she didn’t owe them anything. The oil light came on And they said they had fixed it. 2 weeks later it backs on. She called them two months ago and no one EVER called her back. Brandon said they were short on people. They have not called her to this day. Took my car VW Passat in for a new battery. $426.77 and my daughter has a VW Atlas they only charged her 207.00. They refused to called me or text me when my car was ready and I had to Uber to pick up my car. Don’t waste your time on them. Go to Sherwood and use them. At least they took the time to explain my car care to me. More

Horrible Service Department. Took my brand new 2020 MK7.5 GTI SE to Owens to get a noise and steering input issue looked at under warranty. Got a call back that it was a bad wheel bearing (on a brand new car GTI SE to Owens to get a noise and steering input issue looked at under warranty. Got a call back that it was a bad wheel bearing (on a brand new car). They kept the car an extra day. Went and picked up the car the next day and drove off and experienced the exact issue but worse, 2 minutes into my drive. I had to get home for a meeting so I called Brandon on my way to the house letting them know the issue still persists. He stated "My master tech who worked on these for 16 years did the repair" as if he was implying I was lying, or not knowing what I was talking about (I've owned over 12 VW's and most of them GTI's where I've done a lot of work on them myself, from MKI's all the way up to the latest MK7.5). I requested a loaner or other means of transportation while they fixed the car. This request was denied and was told they won't have loaners until next year. Wheel bearing issues on cars is a critical issue - The wheel could seize or fall off all together causing an accident - killing the occupants or other people. Owens Murphy didn't care. I tried contacting the service manager at his desk phone and personal cell phone leaving voicemails politely requesting he give me a call back - over 2 days. Matt has not returned my phone calls, but has the gall to email me thanking me for coming in for service and asked for me to review my experience. VWOA Customer Care didn't care either, however I have since filed a corporate complaint and have a VW RCM contacting me today (i'll believe it when I see it) This brand has steadily gone down hill and no longer recommend them after driving them for 20 years, I especially do not recommend Owens Murphy for service OR sales, as I called earlier in the month and spoke to the sales manager about trading my GTI in for a 2022 Tiguan RLine - I was inquiring about what incentives they have as I usually get 0%/0.9% from VW Credit - Sales manager stated he would give me a call back once the new incentives come out later that day - He also did not call me back. I guess their dealership is so successful they can just ignore active buyers who have been a loyal VW customer for 20 years. After this experience I will no longer be buying any VAG vehicle and will be selling my 2 other VW's in the coming days. More
Went to buy a new Jaguar we found online Model XF, Stock # MCY90170 , VIN # SAJBG4FX4MCY90170, advertised for 53905.00... no where on the advertising price does it say anything about ADDED ADDITIONAL COST. # MCY90170 , VIN # SAJBG4FX4MCY90170, advertised for 53905.00... no where on the advertising price does it say anything about ADDED ADDITIONAL COST. I was dealing with David Arnold , when I received the Proposal They had added 1194.00 for Added Equip. and 129.00 for Service & Handling which made the price 55,231.00. When I asked David about this he said the General Manager was over this and that if it was up to him, he would not do this. I told him this was False Advertising and it was unethical business. This Should be against the law to jack up advertised prices. I would never do business with this Company. BUYERS BEWARE... The only reason they are getting 1 star rating is because this site won't let me leave a 0 for them. More
