Chris is absolutely wonderful. She is up-front, and pocesses wonderful costumer service and communication skills. She is definitely an asset to Owatonna Motor. I did need to bring my car back a couple times for the same thing. I understand things happen, but it would have been so nice if I were to get a free car wash or discounted price on the oil change.
