I have not got the vehicle in my possession yet. I had the truck for 19 hours, the truck has been at your service center for 3 weeks now. I get no updates unless I stop in and inquire. Took my vehicle in for oil change/tire rotations for almost three years (have been a customer for six years). They refused to rotate my tires- told me they looked new every time. This most recent time almost three years (have been a customer for six years). They refused to rotate my tires- told me they looked new every time. This most recent time, I was told I would need new front tires real soon. When I asked how that can happened, I was asked if I bought the front tires at a different time—I had to remind him that I leased the vehicle from there. Then he decided to check the records and realized they had never rotated my tires. I received a free tire rotation then…a little too late. Disappointing and lost my loyalty. More
