I had taken the vehicle in for some recalls and it took all day and they did not have time for the last one and had to take the car back again in another day and again it took all day- both times I was tol all day and they did not have time for the last one and had to take the car back again in another day and again it took all day- both times I was told have it there first thing in the morning and then never got a call til almost 5 pm That it was ready and then when I traded my vehicle for a different one the detailing on the car was below subpar- filthy, dog hair and dirt every where. Said it was asset inspected but the right front headlight was not working so I told them That had to be fixed before I left. They did repair the headlight, but the detailing was not addressed and I should have demanded it be done but did not. I took it home and cleaned a lot of it but still need to get rid of the dog hair and clean the seats. I honestly would go to Waseca Ford or Faribault Ford in the future! More

I had a 1:00 o’clock appointment to do what I was told would take 30 minutes to take care of. A recall problem! An hour and a half later I was still waiting!!! I had to complain to get it finished!!! He said Just rip it off! I traveled 16 miles & the fix was hanging down again before I left the shop! Another service technician looked at it as I again had to lay on the floor to point out slack. Chris was excellent on the refix putting in larger bolts. Unbelievable poor attention by floor managers with zero customer service. More
