I made an appointment for a recall. Then had my engine light go on, (not related to the recall). He stated the costs to resolve the issue would cost $385 up to $425 which included the $150 diagnostic fee. And usually takes between 1/2 - 1 hr to replace/restore. The day of my appointment I brought my vehicle in at 11:00 am. I told them to call after the recall was taken care of to get permission for any other expenses needed. I got a call around 3pm from Chris stating the recall was almost complete and the other issue would cost $537, and my vehicle would be available around 6 pm. How much does this dealership charge per hour? My purge replacement cost me $380 in labor fees alone. I feel I was lied to about the costs/ labor involved and the time it took to complete. I will never return, not even for an oil change. More
