Arrived to shop for oil change and noticed techs and writer were cranky. No greeting or smiles. Just thought maybe they were having a bad day. It happens. We come to this shop for all our oil changes an writer were cranky. No greeting or smiles. Just thought maybe they were having a bad day. It happens. We come to this shop for all our oil changes and repairs. Once car was finished they didn’t do the full inspection, which we count on, to make sure car doesn’t need anything. This time was just an overall bad experience. But I would still recommend. Like I said, could have just been a bad day. Hopefully, next time we come in, our experience will be like this usual good vibes we receive. More
