Took my vehicle in for an oil change and asked if they would change a headlight as well. Was told they would if they were not too busy. Technician looked at my vehicle and said I'm not ****ing changing would change a headlight as well. Was told they would if they were not too busy. Brought vehicle in for warranty repair after waiting for several weeks for appt. Brought in at 8am, and asked for noon, but wasn't done til almost 3pm. The part wasn't bad, just connection problem, so we en several weeks for appt. Brought in at 8am, and asked for noon, but wasn't done til almost 3pm. The part wasn't bad, just connection problem, so we ended up paying $165 for an in-warranty problem I guess this is how it had to be, but it still stinks. More
