They keep you informed as to what is happening with your vehicle during the exam and repair process! They explain what needs to be done immediately and what may be able to wait. I appreciate that. Really great dealership to work with. Will buy my next car/Suv here. More

Paid too much for very little Issue: $99 to code a new key to the car... First off let me state that for the same service in Seattle it was $50 & when talking to Doug @ Overturf he stated that the cost to code new keys was more then the quoted price I'd just received frm Carter VW in Seattle. $300 for one key to open a car seems steep. But one I was willing to pay. However, once I brought the car in to get coded & programmed they couldn't program the key w/o first charging me another $100 to diagnose the issue. So I opt out of getting the remote entry & what I receive is a $200 half key that I have no way to attach to a key chain. I'm only in the area for a short time more but I'll travel to any other VW service station (even Seattle vs. go back to Overturf) & I'd suggest you get quotes & do the same. More
I took my newly purchased Audi to the official dealer; I thought a luxury car deserved luxury service, but that is NOT what I encountered. This is what I found: It took Audi 16 days to provide my car a few thought a luxury car deserved luxury service, but that is NOT what I encountered. This is what I found: It took Audi 16 days to provide my car a few hours of service. I was charged DOUBLE my original quote with NO additional work being performed. My car was returned with the same problem unresolved, with the check engine light ON. More
Sold us a Certified Pre Owned Vehicle. Had not had the vehicle more than two days until we started having problems with it. Have taken it many times and they just can not fix the problem. They talked us vehicle more than two days until we started having problems with it. Have taken it many times and they just can not fix the problem. They talked us into putting new tires on the vehicle, halfing the price with them. They put them on and advised when we went to pick it up that they had found another issue when trying to balance the tires. Now I believe that we did not need new tires and it was the problem they found after putting new tires on and not being able to balance one of them. It is back in the shop now, yes, they gave me a loaner both times but the first loaner was filthy and had food on the seats. Also just enough gas to get me to the gas station. They assured me that the car would be fixed today, now it is not fixed and they are not telling us the truth about what the problem really is. The loaner they gave me, it is also dirty and smells awful. Pulling out of the dealership, I noticed that the panel said that I only had 2 miles until the tank was empty. Yes, two loaners, with absolutely no gas in them. Now, our car is not ready and I have to drive from Horn Rapids back to Kennewick tomorrow to pick it up. I am very skepticle about them fixing the problem. Will write another one after we get the car back. This is a certified pre-owned VW. Why was it not checked out prior to selling the vehicle or maybe it was and they really are bad. More
