I took my car here to get the radiator fixed and they said they would have it done in about a week. Two weeks later I get a call and they said they just looked at the car and that they told me it was el said they would have it done in about a week. Two weeks later I get a call and they said they just looked at the car and that they told me it was electrical issues and that they would order some parts to fix it. A few days later they called me again and changed the issue to mechanical and not electrical. Another week went by and I got my car back and the radiator was working again, for that day. After I got my car I went home and parked it for the rest of the day. The next day I went and ran my car for a bit and looked at the engine and my radiator fan stopped working again, and I ran the car long enough to turn on the thermostat. I then called again and told them the issue and they said they would look at it again for free and that it would take a few hours but I got it back the next day. They said the fan was working when they plugged it into their computer and said it was fine. I got home and noticed that not only my fan wasn't turning on after let it run for more than 30 minutes mid summer, but they also broke my adjustment lever for my driver seat. I didn't want to call them back for the lever because they probably wouldn't do anything about it. I ended up spending around $1500 for them to keep my car for 3 plus weeks and for them to break the adjustment lever in my car. Please if you are a Kia and Volkswagen owner, do not go here, other shops will actually help you out. More

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. We had a mechanical issue with our 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX- Prestige and it had it towed to Overturf Kia for repairs. I wanted to share our expe We had a mechanical issue with our 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX- Prestige and it had it towed to Overturf Kia for repairs. I wanted to share our experience we had last Thursday August 10th with their service department when we came to pick it up. Rob there service advisor was an absolute pleasure to work with. When we went out to our Sportage to take it home I saw very noticeable new scratches on the drivers side fender (near the fender/hood gap/same side of engine work was done). Mike the Service Manager came out to look at it and told me "we didn't do it". He did not do anything other than bring the technician that worked on the car out to look at it and Mike said "we will not take any responsibility at all". Mike did not offer any solution what so ever. Honestly, I found him a bit rude and condescending. I emailed Doug the owner asking for help and included pictures showing our car on the bed of the tow truck in our driveway with clearly no scratches, a pic of our car on there lot when the tow truck driver dropped it off with no scratches, and a pic after they worked on the car with new scratches. I also called Doug and have not received any response to email or my call. This is the 3rd brand new Kia we have purchased and love the Kia lineup but stay away from Overturf KIA's Service Department. Additionally, I would think if your name was on the building you'd want happy customers and not ignore them. There is still time for Overturf Kia to make this right. More
I have enjoyed my 2017 Kia Niro since I purchased it in September 2017. It was the first model in this line and had a few issues. The sales as expected didn't do much after the initial sale. The service department has went downhill in recent years. I have had to replace both headlights multiple times and the only solution offered was expensive diagnostics. They convinced my wife to pay over $138 for 2 new lamps even though only 1 was out. Told her if they went out in less then a year bring the car in and they will replace and figure out what is going on. It went out yet again but because it's been over 12,000 miles the warranty is no good. Wanted to charge her $238 just to look at it. I had autozone replace it for $21 free labor and to no suprise the old lamp is the exact same make and model. I'll be looking for a new dealership that wants to keep the consumer coming back. More

The ignition switch on my 2013 Sportage broke on April 25,2022 and was toed to Overturf. On the 26th got text saying additional services are needed. Said OK. Three weeks later I called and was told the sw 25,2022 and was toed to Overturf. On the 26th got text saying additional services are needed. Said OK. Three weeks later I called and was told the switch had to come from Korea and no delivery date is given. Today is Aug. 2 and have not heard a word. Don't know how they expect people to function without their car for 3 months and counting. Think long and hard about a foreign car with this supply train problem More

the dealership is fine but Nathan in service is very rude unprofessional and not very helpful when we had issues with my daughters car couldn't service the car nor give us a time when the part would be in co unprofessional and not very helpful when we had issues with my daughters car couldn't service the car nor give us a time when the part would be in could be a week could be six months. My daughter is 20 so they wouldn't let her use one of their vehicles while her car was being repaired because she wasn't 25. I got a whole new insurance package so it included renters insurance like he advised paying more money each month so I would actually have to drive the car. His demands after all this were still unreasonable claiming overnight I had to produce an new updated insurance card or else he wouldn't loan us a vehicle. All of this because we needed our car fixed. He insulted me because of the type of insurance I had and was cocky and unprofessional in his approach all while they still have our car. This should be a courteous transaction because that's who we do business with for my daughters Volkswagon Golf and Nathan was anything but courteous his advice was to get rid of the car cause it could take so long to get it repaired? the car is 8 years old and she has had it 2 years!. He was just a slime to deal with and I wouldn't recommend the service department with him on board to anyone. Now my daughter is without a car and I am footing the bill for full coverage insurance to use one of their cars IF Nathan feels like allowing us to use a car. This is insane I deal with Honda and have NEVER dealt with this level of unprofessionalism by an employee. Stay away from Nathan in service he is bad news! More

I recently took my Volkswagen in for an oil change & brake fluid flush. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice Nathan was at the service desk. He made sure my car was taken care of and they did a great brake fluid flush. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice Nathan was at the service desk. He made sure my car was taken care of and they did a great job washing it. I’ve had a couple of issues with the service department damaging my car in the past. Which made me hesitant to bring it back. But great customer service and being taken care of after that incident has had me coming back. I’ve always loved Volkswagens!
