An absolute joy. Nick listened. Take that statement- he listened. He didn't pitch, he didn't try to sell, he didn't push a particular car or brand, he listened to wha Nick listened. Take that statement- he listened. He didn't pitch, he didn't try to sell, he didn't push a particular car or brand, he listened to what we said we were looking for, what we wanted and our range, etc. Then he showed us several options, openly explained the pros/cons of each vehicle without bias. Nick is a connector. He connected products (cars) that the dealership had with us to meet the needs we described. Listening. It works. Thanks Nick and thanks Overturf, we actually enjoyed the experience of buying a car. Now that's rare! More

Had a great experience with Bill, but didn't love the reaction from the finance guy when I declined the warranty. Anthony Pena was a really great salesman! We came in to look for a BMW and didn’t quite find what we were looking for…but left the dealership with an amazing Audi A6. To be honest we weren’t really in the market for a new car, but after seeing and driving the Audi A6 we knew it was the car for us. Anthony listened to our concerns and addressed them straight forward and really impressed us with his honesty. He made the sales process super easy and the finance department (Mark) made the payments easy on our budget as well.
