Since our very first visit, the entire staffs of Outten KIA in Hamburg PA have been OUTSTANDING! Our Salesperson Devon is fantastic. This goes for the entire team from Management to Service. All throughout and even after both sales, these folks remember who you are and they keep in touch. You feel like family when you walk through the door. They all believe in the product they sell and the dealership they work for. I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone…What a GREAT experience! More

Everything went well. The time it took to do the oil change and inspection was exceptable. Things were preformed what I requested that had to be done. They even realized that my inspection was due by th change and inspection was exceptable. Things were preformed what I requested that had to be done. They even realized that my inspection was due by the end of the next month. I was not aware of this because of it being a new car and registration is different from the inspection. All my questions were answered and I understood them. The cost of the things that were done was explained and understandable, as they always are. More

I have purchased a Kia Soul from Outten in April and had a very positive experience. The sales staff was helpful and the service department also took good care of me when the Soul went in for it's first fr a very positive experience. The sales staff was helpful and the service department also took good care of me when the Soul went in for it's first free oil change..they even brought the car to my work after the service was completed. I love the car. It really meets my needs, the price and warranty were great . It has good handling and the interior space allows for great versatility. I have recommended Outten to many. More

I called Outten Kia to start getting service there. When I gave him (Jim Henne) the vin # of my vehicle he told me it had an open recall on the alternator. He had the car picked up the next morning at my wi I gave him (Jim Henne) the vin # of my vehicle he told me it had an open recall on the alternator. He had the car picked up the next morning at my wife's place of work and had the alternator replaced and her car back to her before she was done work. This dealer has gone above and beyond especially since they aren't the dealer that sold me the car. More

My experience with Outten KIA was all positive, starting with the sales department. Terrance figured out what my wife wanted and then hooked us up with Tom and he took care of the rest. I brought the car with the sales department. Terrance figured out what my wife wanted and then hooked us up with Tom and he took care of the rest. I brought the car back after three months for a complementary oil change and Jim Henne went totally out of his way to fit us in at the end of the day. I would recommend Outten KIA to anyone. This dealership goes out of their way to make sure that their customers are happy and satisfied with their vehicles. I know that my car is in good hands when it is being worked on.
