Able to fit me in I originally called with a battery/charging issue with my 15 Soul. a new Sedona, then a new to me Fusion Pete sold me a 2012 Sedona in the summer of 2011 since I had to move my musician daughter to Baton Rouge, LA. I couldn't see how we'd transport her i Pete sold me a 2012 Sedona in the summer of 2011 since I had to move my musician daughter to Baton Rouge, LA. I couldn't see how we'd transport her instrument, computer, etc. in a U-Haul! Pete was great, as I knew he'd be. After all, we had patronized Schlenker Motors since 1980. The van was also great--I didn't need brakes at all in the three years I owned it and I put 56K miles on it! I loved that I could remove two seats and fold two more down. This fall I decided I wanted a car, so, of course, I turned to Pete. When I’d told him I wanted a Fusion, he not only found me a wonderful pre-owned one with only 9K miles, he handled my purchase efficiently, in a friendly manner, and gave me a great trade-in price. Horrible I went to outten Kia to look at a brand new 2015 Kia optima with high expectations after seeing a sale add which would have been unbeatable. Say down in the office with the rep who seemed very easy going. After 1 hour of sitting in the office going thru the whole song and dance he comes back with some out of this world price that was nowhere near what was advertised. Everything was an excuse and this is the 2nd time in a row I was screwed by this place. They are not willing to work a deal with you at all and attempt to even keep u as a customer. Anyway I went to savage jeep in robesonia looking at the brand new 2015 jeep cherokee which is an absolutely beautiful SUV. I met the rep there who was very kind and caring and was easy to work out a deal with and now I'm driving the 2015 jeep cherokee 4x4 at a price cheaper than what outten Kia quoted for a simple car. So it's safe to say that savage L and B Chrysler in robesonia has earned my full trust and business. I will never go back to outten Kia as they have completely lost my business More
