Outten County Chrysler's service department has been very accomodating to meet my service needs. A few weeks ago I had an emergency repair. I stopped at the service department and they repaired my vehicle accomodating to meet my service needs. A few weeks ago I had an emergency repair. I stopped at the service department and they repaired my vehicle immediately. Today I had my first scheduled oil change. My vehicle was serviced at the scheduled time. I like the free car wash. I had a dangerous issue with my vehicle and emailed outten on a Sunday. I was not expecting a reply till business day, but Brett was very prompt to help and address the issue! Gary was the best service manager I have encountered, considering I personally controlled a dealership for 3 years! I can not express all the ease they both gave me. I must say how thankful I am to Bret for his dedication to chrysler along with Gary. The personal attention they gave me was beyond my expectations! I am very grateful ti both of them with correcting my cars vehicle. I have had my vehicle in the service dept multiple times, but the first time encountering both Bret and Gary. But hey, they do have free coffee, and say they will even wash your car for free in exchange for the thousands of extra dollars you'll likely end up paying if you buy here. More
