Jeep renegade I went to a so called new car dealer that I had a very bad experience with when I was a first time buyer. I was very taken advantage of . But they wer I went to a so called new car dealer that I had a very bad experience with when I was a first time buyer. I was very taken advantage of . But they were close so I decided to give them a shot nothing changed they offered me a measly 500.00 for my trade a jeep with only 76000 miles. I felt like nothing had changed I abruptly left. I then called outten sent some pics and was offered 6 times as much I could not believe it they didn’t even see the vehicle. Needless to say I bought the exact same Jeep for over 4000 less outten is awesome More

My fiance and I had been in a situation previously that we bought the first car we drove because our vehicle died and we were in need of another vehicle. We regretted it a bit and explained this to Shawn. He gave us all the info we needed and let us go home to think about it. This was after taking us to all three of outten's dealerships close by. We ended up coming back to get the jeep and everyone was nothing short of fantastic. Dave was amazing as well, going over EVERYTHING with us so we understood every angle of our purchase. Dealing with my salesman, Bruno, was an absolute pleasure! He is friendly, honest and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I actually felt more like a friend than a customer. Bruno wasn't trying to sell me a vehicle...he was trying to put me in the RIGHT vehicle for my needs. The entire team at Outten exceeded my expectation throughout the entire car buying process!! After all of the paperwork was signed, the manager, Bret, showed me around the service center and explained all of the benefits of their outstanding service department to me. When we were done and I was ready to leave Bret shook my hand and said..."Thank you very much and welcome to the family!"
