Outten Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We have bought 3 cars from Outten prior to this experience. Just yesterday we purchased our fourth car from Outten and we again sought out Brad Kerr to sell us this vehicle. There is a reason why we keep coming back to Outten and Brad Kerr specifically.....we are treated like human beings not just another person someone can make money from. Outten and Brad have bent over backwards to please us. In all the years we have owned Outten cars, we have had those cars serviced at the dealership. I have never had any issues with the quality of the work or service I received. It has always been top notch. At this time I feel I can say that Brad Kerr is more like a friend to my husband and myself rather than a salesman. I have the utmost respect for him and the entire Outten dealership. More

Myself, my husband and two kids came in the evening to trade in a vehicle and get a newer safer vehicle for our family. We had been looking around (for a certain car) and also visited another dealer in t trade in a vehicle and get a newer safer vehicle for our family. We had been looking around (for a certain car) and also visited another dealer in the area (Savage Dodge). All I can say is Outten dodge surpassed all my expectations!! They were very friendly, yet professional. Everyone worked together very nicely to get us the car we wanted quickly (since we had the two kids w us). It impressed me is that everyone stayed late (which I felt very bad about) but no one complained. We also didn't have to "haggle" with anyone! They got us what we wanted, and then some. We didn't have to ask for the extra things, they worked with us and the banks, to get us all that we hoped for. I would definitely recommend this dealer to everyone, and I would love to deal with them again!! Thanks SO much!! Moved to Schuylkill County from Miami Beach, Florida in November 2012. Purchased a 2012 Chrysler 200 S before moving from a dealer in Florida who could not correct the issue of the vehicle pulling to the r November 2012. Purchased a 2012 Chrysler 200 S before moving from a dealer in Florida who could not correct the issue of the vehicle pulling to the right on a vehicle with just 53 miles on it in October 2012. Brought it over to Outten Chrysler after moving in November after moving and presented my concerns to Gary who took care of the problem 100% and could not believe a selling dealer could not see the obvious alignment problem with the vehicle. Took care of it at no charge to me. On a second occasion, I brought the vehicle for PA State Inspection, which was performed at no charge. They also performed a TSB for the transmission shifting points at my request (Which was denied at Bob Weavers Chrysler, they stated my vehicle did not need it without even checking the current software) which improved shifting in my vehicle. I can honestly say that when it comes to new car stores they tend to charge more than an independent repair shop. But the red carpet customer service I was offered at this location will keep me coming back for years for all my vehicle maintenance. I don't mind paying a little more when I receive such high level of attention to detail. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this location to any Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/RAM customer. My 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 was in for the first service and everyone from the salesman who sold me the truck to the service attendant and the entire staff were very helpful and very friendly, and even though I everyone from the salesman who sold me the truck to the service attendant and the entire staff were very helpful and very friendly, and even though I purchased a used truck I was treated like a VIP, they could not do enough for me. Most dealers would have given me a sub-compact car to use but not Outten, I was given a fairly new Chrysler 200 that was loaded, the people that work there are fantastic and the dealer service was second to none!! If you need a vehicle I highly recommend the Outten family of Dealerships, you will not get a better deal and you will not get better service anywhere else, this will be the ONLY dealer I do business with ever again!!! Bret Bair went out of his way to accomadate me, the truck I wanted was only recently traded so they only had time to service it and so he got them to give it a quick clean for me to drive it home!
