It was time for me to replace my 10 year old ram 1500 and Outten was recommended to us by my brother who had great things to say about the dealership. The salesperson he recommended was unavailable so Eric Outten was recommended to us by my brother who had great things to say about the dealership. I had a list of specific options I was interested in and a very specific price range. Although they did not have a vehicle on the lot to accommodate me, Eric worked that computer to find me exactly what I wanted, even the color along with a few bones options and well under the price I had in mind. Delivery was within the time frame they set and Eric went over every detail with us. If there was something he wasn't sure about, he said so but then found out for us.There was no pressure. Had some mechanical problems that the forman and techs couldnt figure out so i was told that it is a normal noise the engine makes. Was also denied a repair two weeks after purchase unless I paid for it c couldnt figure out so i was told that it is a normal noise the engine makes. Prices are good but feel the best price for a trade is to low. More
