Great staff that stops at nothing to help Me. Regis made us feel like we mattered and didn't stop working until we were satisfied. We felt like family from the time we walked in and never stop Me. Best customer service I've ever received!! " Outten has treated me as if I was the best purchasing customer they have, even though I did not purchase my vehicle from them. I purchased my 2010 D Outten has treated me as if I was the best purchasing customer they have, even though I did not purchase my vehicle from them. I purchased my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 from a private party. I started going to Outten for service because other people have mentioned that they have received good service and treatment. They've gone out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and that my vehicle is in perfect operating condition. I finally feel like I've been treated the way that I try to treat my customers. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from them. They have earned a customer for life!!!!! Thanks again guys!! More

Great experience! This was not the first vehicle that I purchased at Outten, and it certainly won't be the last! The selection of vehicles is great. I can't say enough about my salesman Bruno. He did everything I asked of him, and he quickly got me into my 2017 Durango! Every time I have gone for service it had been an easy experience. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and so helpful. I would recommend Outten to everybody! More

Excellent Service Department I have two vehicles I get serviced at Outten. One is a Jeep Wrangler and the other is a Ram truck. I bought the Jeep used from another car lot and the I have two vehicles I get serviced at Outten. One is a Jeep Wrangler and the other is a Ram truck. I bought the Jeep used from another car lot and the Ram new at another dealer. No matter to Outten. They treat me as if I bought them both at their dealership and go above and beyond the expectations I have for a dealer. I will make every effort possible to buy my next vehicle from them. I only gave a five star review because that is the highest rating this system let's me give. They are the best Chrysler dealer I have ever been to and one of the two best dealerships in Berks County for any car. Thanks for the great service! More

Aweful Went to the dealership to attempt to trade in my vehicle, they offered me $2000 for my car which I was able to trade in for $8600 at a competing deale Went to the dealership to attempt to trade in my vehicle, they offered me $2000 for my car which I was able to trade in for $8600 at a competing dealershipt. After they offered me $2000 when I went home I attempted to go on the website and speak to a manager, I asked the person who clamed to be a manager if he could take a look at my car and give a different appraisal, he responded "NO, $2000 is all your vehicle is worth." He then disconnected the chat. Since then I have been receiving letters from Outten and promotional material even though I asked 3 times for it to stop. I would not recomment thie dealershipt to anyone. More
