New vehicle purchase I met Tom Regis briefly the evening before I made my purchase. No pressure at al,l beyond let me know what I can do for you. I had my eye on a I met Tom Regis briefly the evening before I made my purchase. No pressure at al,l beyond let me know what I can do for you. I had my eye on a truck that I had researched online. I sent an email late that evening and Tom made the time for me on Saturday afternoon to do a test drive. I decided to make the purchase and Tom and the staff worked hard to let me take the truck home that day. Outten is a family and a team. Everyone involved in the sale worked hard to make everything happen. I look forward to working with the staff from Outten. Thank you Tom and everyone else that helped get my new truck prepped and out the door. Job well done. More

Sorry, I had to make Bob come back with a better price on my trade, initial reaction was no way, I could not go that low, came back 15% more on trade. I would have given five stars, although other dealers were there without even seeing car in person ( pic alone). Maybe if he would have said what would like to get on your trade, would could have gone from there?? More

Pulled in and all I saw was a Dodge beauty, in Go Green. WOW!!!!! Bruno was waiting for us. A most pleasant salesman in every way. We were not pushed thru the processing. We were treated well. Bruno set up the important programming in the car. Outten is getting 5 stars from us. Well worth the drive from anywhere.
