Amazing help today i took my ram in for service... oil change, check the brakes and tires. Gary made the whole thing easy, he explained every little detail and today i took my ram in for service... oil change, check the brakes and tires. Gary made the whole thing easy, he explained every little detail and explained my options to replace worn parts. during the service while inwas in the lounge and sitting outside he came over to see if i needed anything or anything they could do to make my wait easier, he even offered to get a friver to take me for lunch. Gary is a great part of the Outten team! More

What happened to just being polite?? First let me say In the last 3 year I bought 3 cars from this dealership, over 80,000 dollars worth of vehicles. The 2013 dodge ram I had bought had First let me say In the last 3 year I bought 3 cars from this dealership, over 80,000 dollars worth of vehicles. The 2013 dodge ram I had bought had a lock lug nut on each of the wheels which needs a special key to remove them, I never received the special key when I purchased the vehicle. So inspection was coming up and I needed new tires, I called the dealership for help, I talked to a fella named Andrew, to see if they were able to remove this locking lug nut for me. Andrew looked up my service records and saw I was in the year before for an inspection and told me that I HAD to have the key in order for them to pull the tires for inspection, I reiterated that I never received the key, he again told me that I HAD to have the key, insinuating that I was lying. At this point I had had enough of Andrew, treating me with disrespect, that I had asked for him to let me talk to the service Manager so I could let him know that I was being treated like crap. He then laughed at me and HUNG UP!!?? I did call back and talked to Tom, the service manager, he was very polite, we worked thru my original concern and I ended up buying my tires from him, he treated me like a customer should be treated. I can tell you if it was not for Tom you would have lost a customer for sure!! More
