Outten has a used Chevrolet Bolt I am interested in. I sent an inquiry on the website asking a few specific questions about the vehicle. Dave then asked for my cell phone to call. I expressed I'd like to keep the conversation to email so that I can reference the answers at a later date if needed. Dave replied again asking me when I could come in with no answer to my questions. I pressed again for answers and he told me that he has a showroom full of "actual customers" and to let him know when I was serious. This is very disheartening. I am making a purchase this week, but I cannot support this dealership due to David's actions. More
