The sales rep, Danny Gross, knew every feature of our new SUV and took a lot of time explaining the features and the set-up. Financing and registering the vehicle was handled by Nick Rotruck who had everything set up for us upon arrival; took hardly any time at all to complete all the paperwork. As an aside, Nick was the sales rep who sold me my first Q7 in 2012, so it was a pleasure running into him again, but in a different capacity this time around. The folks at Ourisman Frederick are the best I've ever worked with. If you've ever dreaded dealing with the proverbial "car salesman" I promise you will not feel the same after the stellar service provided by Ourisman. Kind of makes me look forward to the next trade-in already! More

Do not buy used here!! Do not buy a used vehicle from here! I bought a 2002 Jeep Liberty with approx. 82000 miles on it on Tuesday May 12th. Within the week the steering sta Do not buy a used vehicle from here! I bought a 2002 Jeep Liberty with approx. 82000 miles on it on Tuesday May 12th. Within the week the steering started to stick and progressively got worse. Not only that but it had bad thump or noise coming from the rear end and it was spewing antifreeze from the overflow. I called and made an appointment for the Monday the 18th and drove the hour and 15 minutes from my home to the dealership (the most nerve racking trip I've ever been on due to not knowing if I was going to flip the Jeep over on the interstate due to the steering locking up). Once at the dealership they gave me a loaner vehicle until my jeep was looked at. Two days later I received a call from Ourisman saying they looked at my Jeep and determined it needed a new and complete steering column, they located the thump and figured that the cooling system needed flushed. However, they were not going to cover or fix any of it due to it not being covered under the 1 month or 1,000 mile "power train" warranty. Now, keep in mind I had this Jeep less than a week and had put no more than 300 miles on it. So after some bickering they decided I could choose whether I wanted them to fix the steering, the thump or the cooling system but they weren't going to fix all three since they weren't "power train" issues. Naturally I choose the steering since I didn't feel like rolling it at highway speeds. Once I got the Jeep back and the steering was fixed then I had to put approx. $250. into the other issues. So I drove the jeep for about a month and a half put approx. 1500 more miles on it and then started having issues again. One morning before work I started the Jeep just to have it sound like a diesel. Come to find out the motor was shot! So now I have a 2 month old used vehicle from a dealership with a bad motor. I put approx. 2,000 miles on this Jeep and had it for 2 months but only drove it for a month and a half since the dealership had it for the first half month. I have not been able to drive the Jeep since July 19th that's 4 months because the motor is shot and I had to come up with $3600 for a motor and labor to put a new one in. I now have roughly $10,000 in a jeep that is worth $4500 if that and still don't have a vehicle to drive. Moral of the story is, save yourself some $$ and buy somewhere else!!! Don't make the same mistake I did and buy from this dealership!!! More
A dealership and staff like none other I recently purchased a 2015 Audi Q5 from Ourisman and to say the entire business transaction and buying experience was outstanding would not complete I recently purchased a 2015 Audi Q5 from Ourisman and to say the entire business transaction and buying experience was outstanding would not completely describe my experience. I have always owned American made cars so to even consider a German vehicle took a great deal of thought, but I am certainly glad that I made the right decision. Beyond the obvious quality of the vehicle, the most important part of the buying experience was the professional and customer focused effort on the part of Brian Miller. His knowledge of the vehicle , willingness to work with me on several vehicles and only stating the factual benefits of each vehicle I drove, was a very rare experience. He is a true professional in every aspect of his position, knowledge, listening to the customer and demonstrated commitment to full customer satisfaction for the purchase of an expensive vehicle was excellent. In addition to Brian , working with Jordan Stickelman on the financing options available was also professionally conducted and again fully focused on the customer. After the purchase of my vehicle I encountered one minor problem with what can be best described as a rumble in the tires. Brian took the lead on setting up a service appointment and then turned me over to Morven Beverly. Once again, Morven went well beyond the normal customer service function. He listened to my concerns, took the time to drive with me so I could describe what I was experiencing and then took action to resolve the problem. I have purchased many cars through the years and have dealt with many dealerships, but I have never met, worked with or had a better buying and after sale experience. The team at Ourisman work well together, they are professionals, and I have never seen such a customer satisfaction focused group of employees. Brian not only follows up with his customers he follows through on every aspect of the buying process, he is a major contributor to why Ourisman is a successful business. More
