He not only made this process of purchasing a vehicle stress free but was very attentive when I told him what I needed. After I left he followed up with me to let me know if I changed my mind on what I was looking for or if I found another vehicle on their site to just let him know and he would set up some time to show it. On Monday I did purchase a vehicle but once again it was somewhere else and that salesman literally was handed a sale because Imo was so thorough with all my options on Saturday I already knew what to expect. After I made the purchase I was sad to call Imo because Saturday he worked so hard to help me. Not only that but he had already called to follow up to see if I found something on their website I liked. But unlike my pass experience with sales people they tend to be defensive Imo actually was the exact opposite he not only congratulate me on my purchase but he asked me if I was in the area to swing by to see my new ride. That right there made my experience with this dealership worth the 5 stars. Ourisman of Frederick you all are truly lucky to have a wonderful salesman who displays amazing customer service skills and that personal connection with customers. That goes along way and I even told Imo how impressed I was because a lot of times finding good people with those skills you can’t really teach is difficult.
