Scheduled 8:30 am appointment for just a simple Oil Change only. Arrived on time, sat in freezing waiting area for 1.5 hours and then went to check on car only to find out that they took my car to anot Change only. Arrived on time, sat in freezing waiting area for 1.5 hours and then went to check on car only to find out that they took my car to another shop down the road. I have a 2012 Mustang GT with only 27,000 miles on it, in showroom condition and I do not let others drive my car. I was not told that my car would be taken off the property. Service writer called other shop and car was done, just not had been returned to dealership. When I complained about car being driven out on the road, I was told they "Test drive" cars to check for problems. I only asked for an oil change, nothing else. They also took off wheels to check brake pads, then recommended I replace the tires because they are old. I guess they are looking for ways to fleece the customer out of more money, Will not be going back to them. More
