I was on the hunt for an Atlas with very specific options and colors. I found the exact one that I wanted online at this dealership and emailed them right away. I explained that I lived almost 2 hours from them and they were happy to start my purchase online through email. I placed a security deposit on the vehicle because it would be a few days before I had time to make the drive to go get it. Once I arrived, they already had the vehicle ready to drive off the lot and my paperwork started. I was in and out in no time. My sales person was well informed and educated on her product and made sure I understood all of the details of my new vehicle. The sales manager was quick to complete his end of things. And Angel in finance was great too. She had a no xxxxxxxx attitude and was very transparent about all of my options. I consider myself well versed in finance and car buying and it was the first time I left a dealership without someone trying to “mansplain” something to me or use scare tactics to push me to buy extra things. I was given a fair price for my trade and a fair price on my new vehicle. It was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had and highly recommend them. More
I have bought a car from here, and i have had a very bad experience from every department in this dealership. Sales manager is RUDE and sales team does not know how to write my name and address without spel experience from every department in this dealership. Sales manager is RUDE and sales team does not know how to write my name and address without spelling mistakes although i gave him my DL. I got to correct them multiple times and When the same data went to Tags and title guy he made the same mistakes in the title application. very inefficient team through out made my buying experience a nightmare. If I could give this company negative stars I would. I came in for service regarding a check engine light and squeeking sound when driving. I was quoted around $400 for diagnostic each is ridiculous and well above the industry standard. They said it goes into repair so I okayed thinking, okay maybe the work might cost that much and so my total bill will be around there. They called me back later that afternoon with a diagnosis and asked me if I should go ahead with work for $540. I asked over the phone 3 times, to confirm that $540 would be the final price. All 3 instances were affirmed. I felt like this was super high for this work, but I okayed it. When I went to pick up the vehicle the next day, the invoice was over $900. I was lied to over the phone. After back and forth they took off $100 but they successfully stole $300 from me. I had to give them my card number in order to initiate the refund. I am still awaiting that, so hopeful they don't steal again. It's pure bait and switch robbery. Do not EVER go here. More

My experience with this dealership was unprofessional to say the very least. When I walked into the showroom, there was literally no one available to show me the vehicle - they had to get someone from the d say the very least. When it came time to discuss the price and terms, the person seated at the front desk seemed bothered that I inquired about a deal. No one sat me down or offered to go through the pricing. I asked to speak to a manager, but apparently wasn’t important enough to have that happen. Even after I told them that I was ready to write a check, nothing. Without question, it was my worst car buying experience and, going forward, I will avoid Ourisman dealerships. More

This facility is deceptive and negligent. Don't say you weren't warned. Look at their reviews, this shadiness is very clearly a pattern of behavior by GM Isaac Chee and Service Manager Michael Guard. You will be sorry if you come here, simple as that. More

I bought a car for my daughter. It was $2,300 higher than listed price. More importantly Ricky Dickens gave me his word he would fix any issues with car. Heated seats did not work. purchased a vehicle from that dealership and they screwed me over, they sold a used car which is a year old for the price of a brand new one. Plus they gave me a higher interest rate eventhough I hav screwed me over, they sold a used car which is a year old for the price of a brand new one. Plus they gave me a higher interest rate eventhough I have a perfect credit score. I will never go back there nor would I refer anyone I know there. Please stay away from that dealership, especially if you are military. More
