He took me out while I test drove two vehicles and didn't rush me. He checked in on me when I went to other dealers but was never pushy. He was low-key and low-stress and I appreciated that. I already knew what model I wanted, but I was curious about what deal could be presented to me. His overall tone was incredibly aggressive and patronizing. I decided I needed to find another dealership that is more mellow and not trying to push me to pull a trigger before I am ready and will be more helpful during a first-time car purchase. When I told him I was going to hold off on my purchase, he sent back an incredibly rude, patronizing, and aggressive email. More

Best experience buying a new vehicle I was searching the internet for a vacation vehicle, a van of some sort. After putting in my info I received quite a few emails form various dealershi I was searching the internet for a vacation vehicle, a van of some sort. I made an appointment with Anthony D. and after speaking with him I was so comfortable with the phone conversation that we made an appointment for me to come in. It was a Saturday, I had so much to do that day but since I promised to go I went, Anthony D. met me at the door and got the keys and took me for a test drive, while we were test driving he was explaining all the features of the vehicle, when we got back I was so impressed with everything that I signed the papers and got my new Honda Odyssey 2016. I love my new van and I would definitely recommend Ourisman Honda of Laurel and Anthony D. I did not go to purchase a new vehicle but after talking to Anthony I was glad I did.
