They said they would work on the color I wanted, so I figured it was the perfect opportunity to make sure I was getting an awesome deal. I went to another dealership, talked numbers and trade in, sales advisor talked to his manager, and he couldn't match the trade in, so he told me I was getting an awesome deal. I decided to try Ourisman Honda, and I'm so glad I did!!! They matched the pricing and the trade in, and I liked the dealer installed options better. My sales advisor Laura was excellent!!! She was extremely knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles of the CRV, and was so friendly and personable. She was focused on me throughout the process, and helped me set everything up once it was officially mine, even going so far as to let me borrow her charging cable so I could hook up my iPhone. More

He and the rest of the finance team were very kind and patient, I was beyond satisfied and was so happy driving my brand new GTI home that evening.
