First the air filter was put in backwards, and this led to some terrible odors in the car. Secondly the transmission fluid was improperly flushed and we has to get it flushed again! We had to do a second service at another dealership because of their mistakes. I don't know if they were in a rush, but they cost us a log of money. Never going here again. More
Service was done incorrectly, other dealership found issues! I took my car for service here in May 2017. I needed oil change, transmission flush, and brake fluid flush. All three were performed with a multi point inspection. Today, I took my car to Clarksville Honda and was shown proof that the air cabin filter was put in backwards and extremely dirty. So much for multi point inspection. Also, I had 67K miles on my car in May 2017 and now at 75K I am having to do a transmission flush again. It is an every 30K service. I was shown the proof of how dirty my transmission fluid was. BEWARE: A multi point inspection does not include Cabin filter check and also this dealership only performs services that the computer tells them too. Would assume they would let you know if there were any other services needed. They did a POOR job on my transmission fluid and when I called to confront the manager, he said he would not be able to do anything about it since I did not bring the car into Ourisman to service. (TRYING TO SELL ME poor service again!) His response on the cabin filter is that its in the glove compartment so not part of their multi point inspection. SO IF YOUR COMPUTER DOESNT TELL YOU, they wont even LOOK AT IT. What if you have a faulty computer??? Clearly my cabin filter was put in backwards and no computer told them that. I misunderstood the process thinking I can keep the car and finance over the phone. Every time, Bill explained the process - MD inspection and financing under him. I still avoided him. After speaking to VW Credit the third, I finally got the answer I needed - exactly what Bill told me months ago. I apologized for my misunderstanding, however, Bill continued with his professionalism. He took care of me in an expeditious manner. I've always worked with Isaac in getting me the best deal from Day 1 with my first lease, and then my second lease Isaac took very good care of me. When I moved on to Joe, he is provided the icing the cake with his explanation of the contracts during the purchase and making this all worth my while. Neither of these guys pressured me to purchase another CC because, as they expressed, Manual drive CC's are no longer available. Despite this, they treated me as if I made a new purchase, and in a way I did, but these guys gave me the Red Carpet treatment. Kudos to these guys, and I thank you. More

I had driven out of state so after my bad experienc To start things off, earlier in the day I dealt with a terrible Honda dealership up in New Jersey. I had driven out of state so after my bad experience, I was hesitant to go to another dealership on my way home to Georgia. Low and behold, Ourisman Honda on was on my drive and had the EXACT Civic Type R I was looking for. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the gentleman I talked to on the phone, Anthony Davenport. He was an amazing salesman that seemed to truly care and was upfront and honest about the sale. He was very personable and even joked around with my step-son who was along for the ride. Even after the sale, he took a picture for me with my new car and asked me to give him a text on my way back to Georgia when I got to my overnight hotel visit, knowing it wouldn't be until 1240 at night, to make sure I was safe. I cannot say enough about Anthony and how amazing he was. If I lived in Maryland, I would make it a point to go see Anthony and make sure he received any further business, since I love buying cars. More
