The service at VW is great. They respond to the reason you brought your car in for service. Michael was amazing! ! He was friendly, patient & professional. I was going to test drive the atlas & get the atlas. That was the plan. If the atlas didn’t work, then leav ! Coming from a Nissan Z to a Jeep Renegade, the atlas was too big :-( I felt extremely uncomfortable in the truck. Michael swept in & saved the day! He listened to me & found the PERFECT car for me & my toddler! My son & I Love my 2023 Tiguan!!! LOVE. Even my husband likes it! It’s rare when we like the same car, Lol! Despite not getting the atlas, I Had to have a vehicle with a panoramic roof. Michael showed me the tiguan & it was Ova! That beauty opens up the car immensely. Thank you Michael!! More
