Easy, laid back atmosphere I walked in and was greeted immediately by a couple of employees. I prefer this method so I can really focus on the drive and the car, especially because I was buying used. When it came to my trade-in, they were willing to listen to my case for a higher price, and we settled on something that worked for us both. My salesperson, Laura Joseph, and I were settled on a price in about 20-30 minutes (refreshing after some previous experiences elsewhere) and then I just had to wait a while for the financial manager. The financial manager (unfortunately I don't remember his name) was able to save me over 1% on what I had been approved for by Navy Federal, which was a shock, but nice to know he was looking out for my best interest. All in all, I was there for a little under 4 hours, which included 20 minutes from walking in the door until starting the test drive, 20 minutes for the drive, 20 minutes of me inspecting the car very closely in the parking lot, about 20-30 minutes to come to an agreement, some wait time for the financial manager, and then about 45 minutes to get through all the paperwork. I never felt rushed or pressured, which again, is a breath of fresh air after some previous experiences. More

I traded in a 2002 Hyundai Elantra which had over 200, 000 miles on it and I was given 500 for my trade in. Wintson was extremely helpful throughout the process, he got me an awesome deal, and an awesome car!!! What I loved about the expierence as well was how the Sales Manager came to pick me up personally because my car had cut off down the street from the dealership on the opposite side of Colonel Glen and how Winston personally drove me to pick up some much needed information that I needed to get from a relative!!!!
