The most pleasant a car buying experience can be! I can't say enough about how different our experience with Ourisman was than our experience the day before with Jim Coleman in Clarksville where we ha I can't say enough about how different our experience with Ourisman was than our experience the day before with Jim Coleman in Clarksville where we had to walk out at the last minute. We left Jim Coleman after a full-day of haggling and being left alone while "negotiations" happened in a back room, after learning that a major part of our vehicle (added leather) was not at all as described when we were shown final photos during the financing process. It was a frustrating experience that honestly left me in tears wanting to just give up on getting a Honda Odyssey. In comes Ourisman to save the day! We decided to call up the other dealership that contacted us through the USAA auto circle and describe our situation. I can't say enough about how kind, fast, and pressure-free the experience with Ourisman (in particular, Earl the Director of Sales whom we spoke with on the phone the night after leaving Jim Coleman) and also Mfon who assisted us in person the next day when we came in to finalize the deal. Mfon, in addition to being very young and handsome (he'll get a kick out of this part) was kind, respectful, courteous, and never left us alone for more than a few minutes, and even then described where he was going and what he was doing (and it was always related to our sale). Car dealerships like Jim Coleman are the reason why everyone dreads going in to buy a new car. After giving him the details of what we wanted, Mr. Davenport recommended and vehicle, we did a test drive, and bought the car. Mr. Davenport's experience in sales contributed to his confidence that the sale would be made. This helped me to feel confident too. More

Easy, laid back atmosphere I walked in and was greeted immediately by a couple of employees. I knew which car I wanted to drive so they tossed me the keys and let me take the c I walked in and was greeted immediately by a couple of employees. I prefer this method so I can really focus on the drive and the car, especially because I was buying used. When it came to my trade-in, they were willing to listen to my case for a higher price, and we settled on something that worked for us both. My salesperson, Laura Joseph, and I were settled on a price in about 20-30 minutes (refreshing after some previous experiences elsewhere) and then I just had to wait a while for the financial manager. The financial manager (unfortunately I don't remember his name) was able to save me over 1% on what I had been approved for by Navy Federal, which was a shock, but nice to know he was looking out for my best interest. All in all, I was there for a little under 4 hours, which included 20 minutes from walking in the door until starting the test drive, 20 minutes for the drive, 20 minutes of me inspecting the car very closely in the parking lot, about 20-30 minutes to come to an agreement, some wait time for the financial manager, and then about 45 minutes to get through all the paperwork. I never felt rushed or pressured, which again, is a breath of fresh air after some previous experiences. More
