The car wanted the full "B" service, but I didn't want to pay for them to change the air filter, so I specifically specified B1 and B3 service. I verified by both the confirmation and reminder emails that only what we wanted was to be performed. My wife dropped the car off and they upsold her on the filter change that I had explicitly excluded and it was obvious from the writeup that we didn't want it. While it is partly my fault for not re-iterating to my wife I didn't want the filters changed, it was obvious from our appointment request that I didn't want the filter change. I contacted the service manager afterwards and was assured that the service advisor would contact me in one business day. One week later, I've had to contact the service manager again with the same assurance the advisor would contact me again and still nothing from the service advisor. I will not be back. More

How every dealership should be When my college car’s lease was up (2015 Mazda3) in February and I turned in my keys, I began looking for a new car to suit my needs. I visited th When my college car’s lease was up (2015 Mazda3) in February and I turned in my keys, I began looking for a new car to suit my needs. I visited this dealership three times over the course of three months to scope out and test drive different CR-V Trims. Ramon was patient in helping explain the different available options and working with me on getting a fair purchase price. Anthony also helped on one of my visits, getting me a fair quote and all of the information I needed in less than 20 minutes! In between visits I had bounced the quote between several different dealerships both by email and in person. The other dealerships rarely budged and all ultimately said “we can’t beat that price, are you sure that Ourisman will honor that when it comes time to buy?” Guess what, they did honor the price and were the most professional and timely through the whole process. When it came time to actually buy, Ramon sat down and patiently walked through all of the forms with me, answering all of my questions. After we were done with the preliminary forms, Jennifer took me to the finance office. Normally the finance office is where I raise my defenses and prepare for an onslaught of lackluster tack-on products. I was pleasantly surprised by Jennifer’s straightforward explanation of the packages and acceptance of my declining many of the products. She wasn’t pushy at all and was a joy to work with. Overall, Ourisman Honda is Laurel was excellent to work with. Their staff is professional and courteous and they get down to a realistic, fair purchase price in a reasonably short time. If you’re planning on buying Honda, I’d recommend giving Ramon a call for excellent customer service. More
