He listened to what my car purchasing needs were and I never felt like he was rushed nor did he try to sell me something that I could not afford. Anthony spent a lot of quality time with me and answered all my questions and concerns immediately. I also knew I could call him if I had additional questions. He was always curteous during my purchase and made me feel like I was an important customer. I would recomment this dealership and definitely Anthony Davenport to my family and friends. Anthony deserves an A++!! Brian Blackmon also deserves an A++ for helping me thru the finance process which can be a dreadful experience. Treated with Respect I called the dealership after seeing a beautiful used Scion Tc for a great price. James Jones ensured that the second that employee makes their decision he will call me. James did exactly as promised and said I can drive up and look at the vehicle. This respect and delivery of promises is what had me travel over an hour to just see the vehicle. Within 45 minutes of meeting James and test driving the vehicle I sent my family home because I trusted that because I am interested in driving the vehicle off of the lot, James was going to help make it happen. James did just that, helping me navigate the paperwork, leading me to finance, and the final shake of the hand before I left. He even followed up the next day by phone to see if I was satisfied. Then Mfon took me on several test drives and was telling me about all the vehicle features as I drove each one. Mfon is super nice and very laid back. Ourisman got me the car I wanted the same day and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!! More
