Mfon asked me all the right questions, looked at the inventory and showed me a few options. He really made me feel comfortable taking my time to look and to decide. I never felt pressured with Mfon. I saw a few cosmetic things wrong with the car I was leaning towards. Grabbed something to eat down the road (still hadn't made a decision yet) and then came back. All my concerns were addressed and corrected while I was at dinner. By far one of the best car buying experiences. Highly recommend dealing with Mfon at Ourisman Honda/Volkswagon.
