I brought my car on friday 9/7/18, talk to him a whole lot about the car, sat is the car with me and explained so much. Then I went back saturday because I guess I was excited about getting the car friday that I needed to go over it again. I'm the kind of person who need to show me about the car then read a book. Any way he was just so patient with me you just couldn't believe. I sold my old car at carmax so there for he pick me up at carmax then back to Honda. Well anyway I finally got the check from carmax and then I ask Jimmie again other, more of the same things about the Honda, because I wasn't sure about the car again. Like I say Jimmie had the patience of "JOB" the story in the Bible. He was just excellent. I would recommend Jimmie Powell to anyone. He knows his job excellent. Oh by the way the minute I walk into the door Jimmie Powell was there introducing himself to me, greeting me so kindly. Exceeded Expectations I came to this dealership fully expecting to just gather some info. Fortunately, the gentleman at the front desk set me up with Jim in the sales depar I came to this dealership fully expecting to just gather some info. Fortunately, the gentleman at the front desk set me up with Jim in the sales department. Jim was beyond professional and more importantly honest. This was my first time buying a brand new car and I was intimidated walking in, after a short time with Jim that went away. They went above and beyond working with what car I wanted and my finances so that I could drive away with that car the same day. Obviously I got the car and was thrilled. Once the papers were signed Jim did not go on with his day, but sat in the car with me until I had a perfect understanding of all the features and ins and outs of the car.
