All our questions were answered, and everything was explained to us. The negotiation was efficient and produced an agreement fairly quickly. Brittany took care of the paperwork very efficiently and promptly. While we signed all the forms, Brandon cleared out our trade-in vehicle and moved everything to the new vehicle and placed everything in the right compartments.
