We sat down and talked about what I was looking for in a new Honda CRV. Then we test drove a couple cars that I was interested in. Jim was very attentive. It was cold and raining a little. Jim suggested that I wait inside the door while he brought the car up. I found the CRV at the price point I wanted to pay with Jim's help. As I waited for finance, Jim offered to go out and get me something to eat as it was lunchtime. When the transaction was completed. Jim went over the features on the dash so that I knew how to do the necessary things to drive the car home, such as wipers, lights. heat, etc. He spoke in a very calm voice and told me if I had any questions about the car after leaving the dealership that I should not hesitate to call him. At no time did he try to push me into buying a car. When were looking at the trunk, before I left, Jim noticed that a the mat for my trunk and the cover was missing. He made sure I had those items in my new car before I drove off. This was the best experience in buying a new automobile that I have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership and Jim Powell as your salesman when you are looking for a Honda. More

Bad after sales experience I bought a new GTI in early October for which the sales service was very good. I was told that they would let me know when the permanent tags are avai I bought a new GTI in early October for which the sales service was very good. I was told that they would let me know when the permanent tags are available. I sent an email a week ago to the dealership asking about the permanent tags but received no response. Seeing that the temporary tags were about to expire, I called this morning and was told that the tags were there. They coldn’t explain why I was not notified nor why they did not respond to me email. They claimed that a notice was sent out to me, but with two days to go on the temporary tags, I think the manager was lying about that. He was very rude because I complained strongly about this poor after sales service. Ah did not want the salesperson to even put on the new plates on the car! This was terrible. More
