Although, they did NOT have the color I wanted –Ramon did NOT try to sell me what they had on the lot. I suggested that if he could locate what I wanted after the Thanksgiving holiday to contact me. True to his word; Ramon emailed to say that he had located the vehicle that I wanted. As good as their service was, there was a clear disregard in att I had the experience of dealing with another Honda dealership within the local area. As good as their service was, there was a clear disregard in attempts to communicate and handle things with my needs well, one phone call with the Earl later and all of my issues were solved within the span of 30 minutes as opposed to the 3 hours spent in the other dealership. Right after that, I had the pleasantry of having everything explained and agreed upon by Jimmie. The process was quick, efficient, and even better than what I was looking for, so there are some really strong MVPs that work at the store. More
