Fantastic Experience Purchasing Honda HRV @ Ourisman Laurel For my wife's 50th birthday, I wanted to purchase a brand new Honda HRV or CRV so I contacted Ourisman Honda and spoke with Mr. Brandon Jester to set For my wife's 50th birthday, I wanted to purchase a brand new Honda HRV or CRV so I contacted Ourisman Honda and spoke with Mr. Brandon Jester to set up an appointment for Friday morning, December 28, 2018, at 9:30AM. That same evening, Mr. Jimmie Powell, Senior Sales Representative gave me a courtesy call at home to confirm my Friday appointment. On 12/28/2018, we met with Mr. Powell and from the time we walked in to the dealership to the time we left, the customer service was absolutely incredible. Mr. Powell clearly explained the process and provided us with the right options for my wife's needs and wants.
