After reviewing many offers from multiple dealerships, I decided to give Ourisman Honda of Laurel a visit to discuss a good offer on a 2019 Honda CRV. There I was greeted by Mr. Anthony Davenport. From his introduction, Anthony treated me and my family with utmost repect, attention and professionalism. Although I hadn't previously discussed a price on the vehicle that I was interested in directly with Anthony, he went above and beyond working with the manager to honor the price that had already been offered to me by one of his colleagues via email. Throughout the whole process, I felt that Anthony remained committed and loyal to his responsibilities and requirements with his employer Ourisman Honda, while simultaneously making a genuine effort to meet our needs and expectations as the customer. Purchasing a vehicle under the circumstances that we are in as a military family returning from overseas, in combination with establishing a residence, enrolling kids in school, etc., often becomes a very stressful situation for the family. We are extremely grateful with Anthony for his understanding, professionalism and for making it possible for us to close a great deal on the vehicle that my family so much needed.
